I use the free trial version and below is the analysis of keyword (home internet business).

KEI means Keyword Effectiveness Index and it measures the number of searches for a keyword with the competitor. A good keyword has a KEI of more than 10 meaning to say it is high search yet low competition keywords. However, the KEI figure is only for reference. Other element which you may want to consider is the competiting figures (see the last column). It shows how many competitors are using the keyword. For example, the first keyword "home based turnkey internet business" has a KEI of 35 which is a good keyword and it has only a competition figure of 125. So if you can write an article related to "home base turnkey internet business", there is a highly chance your article will be ranked well.
