How to manage change in life?

Change is an unavoidable part of life. Change forces us to exit our comfort zone and shift into
a state of uncertainity in a new context. The effect of a change constitutes fear. Naturally, most people fear for the worst instead for the better in the event of a change. However, weknow that change makes us more adaptive and sparks continual improvement and growth in our lives. For those who are not ready to embrace change, he can only reside in his own realm ofstagnation. Hence, managing change is a crucial process in our daily lives.

You may not know about it but coming to terms with change has become a part and parcel of daily events. To manage change and profit from it, you have to determine that change will be an ongoing part of life. To get on with life, you need to adjust to the change but it is insufficient to become the key of your success. The key does not lie in your adaptation to change but rather your ability to anticipate change opens the door to your success.

The outcome of a change is either for the better or worse in a situation. Whatever the outcome is, the person who embraces change must make a commitment to pay the price for accepting the change. Sometimes, sacrifices must be made to stay abreast of the change. A change that doesn't cost you is not a real change. Change is essential to spark continual growth but you do not
have to follow back-to-back in every change that occurs. Exercise your due discretion to decide what you are not willing to change. By not changing may be favourable in certain situation, especially when the change has no benefit to you at all.

Concluding, everyone resists change but managing change with a right attitude and anticipating change with steadfast readiness differentiates a leader from his followers.
